Tim & Rebecca
Tim is married to Rebecca and they have three children, Tom, Josh and Reuben. Tim leads the eldership team, he works full time for the church and is responsible for most of the preaching. Rebecca is a Director of the Source Café, a worship leader and also a part time primary school teacher.

Alan & Nicole
Alan is married to Nicole and they have two children, James and Jessica. Alan is a freelance consultant working with the NHS, he is a Director of the church owned Source Café and with Nicole is also involved with much of the church’s pastoral work.

John & Rosemary
John is married to Rosemary and they have three children and five grandchildren. John is a retired vet and together with Rosemary is now responsible for the "Alpha Marriage Course" and "Freedom in Christ".

Andy & Heather
Andy is married to Heather and they have three children, Jenna, Jake and Sam. Andy works part time for the church helping with management and administration, spending the other half of the week as an infant school teacher. Andy and Heather oversee the children’s work and youth work of the church. Heather also leads Choices pregnancy advice and support services.
